Did you know that some debts are not discharged in bankruptcy?



Examples of debts that may not be discharged are:


Domestic support obligations

Most tax debt

Debts for some fines, penalties, forfeitures or

Criminal restitution obligations

Debts for certain types of loans owed to pension,

Profit sharing, stock bonus or retirement plans

Debts for death or personal injury caused by

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated
